KIBBE FULLER CLASSES
Kripalu certified instructor Pat Baker teaches a gentle, therapeutic yoga that is designed for individuals who have little or no yoga experience, or the experienced yogi to safely explore one's practice. You will learn breathing techniques while practicing basic yoga postures. An enjoyable series of stretches and movements will leave you energized and relaxed! Join certified Kripalu yoga instructor Diana Gunther in a stimulating and fun class designed to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility, and improve the function of all body systems. You will feel the benefits after your very first class! With easy-to-follow instruction and a down-to-earth atmosphere, this is an excellent opportunity to experience this ancient practice with a seasoned teacher at a great price! Be sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water and enjoy! Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10 to 11am in the Kibbe Fuller gym.
